Known problems with latest version (V1.0 - released November 11, 2002)The file INTRODUCTION_HIERARCHIES.GIF is missing from the distribution CDROM, preventing the viewing of a figure in the HTML version of the documentation on the distribution CDROM. That figure is available in the Postscript or PDF version of the documentation on that CDROM.
